Noosha Tashakor
Noosha has over two decades of real estate development leadership expertise in residential and mixed-use projects across the Pacific Northwest. A graduate of the University of Washington's civil engineering program, she has managed and led podium and suburban / garden-style developments for The Justen Company, Tarragon, and Intracorp Homes, covering the full project lifecycle from acquisition and feasibility through entitlements, design development, permitting, construction oversight, and lease-up operations. As a consultant, she has managed feasibility, entitlements, and design development for high rise development projects for Greystar. For others, she has managed tenant improvements and value-add/reposition work.

Jean-Paul Grenier
Jean-Paul has worked all sides of the table — as developer, asset manager, and investor partner — across acquisition, underwriting, entitlements, development, and finance for real estate developments throughout the west coast of Canada and the United States. He has successfully delivered single-family, townhouse, and multifamily apartment projects. He is obsessively detail-oriented and outcome-driven. His multifamily expertise has earned "Best Development of the Year" honors from the Washington Multifamily Housing Association, and he has given time for the Urban Land Institute's Technical Assistance Panel in Seattle, WA, as well as Bothell's "Canyon Park Area Plan Visioning" panel.
